The Role

As their local agency in Warminster, we have an exciting vacancy for an Internal Sales Adviser. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with proven sales experience to join our team as a Sales Associate and Life Lead Co-ordinator. In this role you will drive new business, promote our products and generate your own leads to establish long term and effective relationships with our customers.


You will also be responsible for proactively booking sales appointments for our Financial Adviser to discuss pensions, investments and protection. You will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.


You will need to be self-motivated and able to work to identify potential customer prospects based on NFU Mutual acceptance criteria.


Full training in a friendly and supportive environment will be provided as well on-going personal development.


You will need Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (Grade 4 or above) and possess good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.


This is a full-time position of 38.75 hours a week.


Salary Range £18,000 - £20,000 negotiable depending on experience + Bonus scheme.
